We believe technology is best used as a supplement to human touch.

The benefits landscape is changing fast. Technology creates simplification, security, and efficiency; however, it also sacrifices understanding, education, and interaction.

Without the right support, it's easy to lose the value of your benefits package.

Technology + Human Touch = Better education, better service, and better value.

We get it. That's why we give brokers and employers the tools, team, and expertise to compete at the highest level - without the heavy lift.

Our technology Platforms

Education, Engagement, Analytics- All In One

We believe 24/7 access to communication and education is key for a wholistic employee experience.  In addition to our “hands-on” approach, employees will have access to interact with “Paideia Pilot” to get questions answered when they need it: nights, weekends, and holidays.  Pilot never sleeps!  All communication is recorded and stored in our secure compliance approved platform giving us and our partners real-time analytics and insights to craft the best possible enrollment experience.

Our Advanced AI Assistant

Interactive

Able to answer questions and guide employees through the enrollment process.

Educational

Educates employees about benefits and makes sure that they understand what they are getting, guiding them through the educational tools and following up with them.

Engaging

Engages with those employees that have not responded and create analytics allowing us to complete enrollment efficiently.

Evaluation

Evaluates employee progress and responses, assessing their actions and level of understanding, automatically personalizing their experience.

Paideia’s End-to-End CRM & Workflow Management System

With an extreme focus on simplicity and visibility, Portal is our proprietary end-to-end CRM and Workflow Management system built exclusively for agencies within the Paideia Network.

Instead of fragmented systems, scattered spreadsheets, and disconnected communication, Portal creates structured continuity across the entire agency lifecycle. Every opportunity is tracked. Every task is assigned. Every stage is visible.

Employee Navigator is our platform of choice. Our team manages the full setup process — from plan configuration to enrollment launch — allowing us to move quickly, maintain accuracy, and stay aligned with broker and employer strategy.

While Employee Navigator is our primary platform, we are not limited to one system. We can access and support other enrollment platforms when needed, ensuring flexibility for every case.
